Using Wind in Toronto, Ontario. Did not answer. I'm tired of this crap. I'm getting calls at least once a week now. I am now forced to buy an app to block these scammers. #*@#$
Got a call from 011 60 3 3155 219 just now. Didn't answer it. I'm on Telus with a Toronto number.
I receive numerous calls from this number, sometimes it's someone selling stuff for telus other times it is a cruise, I asked telus about this and the gentleman I spoke to says that they usually only call from 1800 numbers, and most times it is from the area code your phone number is in. He said to never give info to these people and to hang up a call your local telus to find out any information about your account.
Two half-ringtones seen as two calls. 1st: 1(603) 315-5219 / 2nd: 011 60 3 3155 219 at is appeared on my phone.
Called my Vancouver (Canada) cell at 9:10 am, says it's from Manchester, NH. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a Voicemail.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
