update: called them back - CCS debt collection company - I told them to remove me and they marked their record as wrong number as they asked me for the person they were looking for however couldn't explain why they don't say anything when they call????
Calling me and either no noise, hangs up or starts to ring like I'm going to some marketer. NOPE - I hung up and blocked them

They call at least daily, I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I owe many debts, and would like to know if this is one of them.Interesting to see this thread goes back to June 2013 and is 8 pages long.
