I've been getting these calls the odd day for weeks now. I called Bell to complain, they gave me another number to call, then that company referred me to register a complaint with the CRTC as well as an Anti-Fraud department. I processed the complaint for the CRTC. If you would like to do the same please call 1-866-580-3625. You will be asked information for their records and accept their policies but at least someone listened to me.... BTW I've done this once before for another robocall similar to this and I never rec'd another call from that number. For the Anti-Fraud 1-888-495-8501.

Why we pay out our hard earned money to receive crap calls at all hours of the day is a question for people much smarter then me. where is the government agency responsible for consumer affairs in all this? and why is there not at least some our elected officials interested in serving the needs of the electorate//

I have fun with them and give a bunch of false info or speak jibberish so they cant understand me I'd rather take up their time and get them pissed off so they hang up. My number is even unlisted. [***]. I can't believe the RCMP can't trace their location. I'm in New Brunswick,Canada .

I can relate to everyone's frustration I have also received many calls from this CC scam. The tend to call several times a day and if you push 1 to speak to an agent and ask to be taken off the calling list they hang up on you. If you call the number back it's not in service. I've called my phone company who then directed me to call the CRTC at 1866-580-3625 and the Canadian Anti Fraud Center 1888-495-8501(be willing to hold a very long time). I've reported the following numbers:604-277-5364604-298-6451604-276-8931604-269-2551250-881-1305250-418-8818Fingers crossed that they eventually shut these scammers down. I'd hate to see them get away with this!

Even though being on the DO NOT CALL list, over the last 52 weeks I have received over 150 phone calls from bogus numbers such as 604-277-5364. All from "Card Services" and ranging from hang ups when asking their name to complete obscenity and threats. It seems that the CRTC doesn't have any remedy for this. I am getting sick and tired of the inability of our government to deal with these annoying calls.
