Well, well, I belong to an online survey service that promises they do not identify us, did a survey today on cable and telephone service companies, at the end it asks if I know that Telus provides all of those services, I provided no identifying info and now the calls have started...hmmm I will take this up with the survey provider grrrrr604 310-2255

We have been getting the calls too we told them to stop trying to convince us to switch back to them and even asked if they were going to finally give back the $400 they ripped us off when we sent back our PVR. By law they have to remove your number with in 30 days of you asking them to put you on the do not call list. If they are not going to listen to this then maybe everyone should sue them that would really get the message out about being harrased.

picked up and it was telus asking how my optik tv service was working as they'd seen some problems on their end. they were right.. i had been experiencing problems. gave me a couple steps to troubleshoot and a reference number to get back to them with. They were actually very helpful.

I received a call from 604-310-2255 and when I answered the line went dead

Just looked up this number to find out why it was appearing so frequently on a land line I never use; 1-2 calls/day for the last 2 weeks. I sent Telus a nasty letter 3 years ago letting them know that I no longer had any interest in an unlisted number because the only phone calls I got were telephone spam. Now that I find out they are major contributors to this problem I'll deal with someone else.The problem is so bad that I no longer answer my phone and use it only for outgoing calls. If anyone wants to call me, I have them page me first and then I call them. Needless to say I severely restrict who I hand out my pager number to and especially my cell phone number.Last time I did pick up the phone and it turned out to be one of Telus's androids, they couldn't seem to understand the concept that I don't watch TV and the spam calls from these morons trying to get me to buy a service I never use continued for months.

we just got a call from them - they ARE from telus - selling their TV services. i hope that since i have said no thank you, they will stop calling

I run a small daycare and have been getting calls for the past 3 weeks every day around the same time and it is during the kids nap time, it is getting very annoying and I would like them to please take me off the list asap on stop calling.

Call each day no one there

I don't think this is a telemarketer because it doesn't connect through to a service or person, it's just a dead line. We have started receiving this call quite a few times a day for the last few weeks and I have answered it on numerous occasions to try and figure out who the heck it is. We don't use any of telus's services (no phone, internet or mobiles). Why would they not answer if they wanted to sell something? This is something else, just wish I knew what.
