I didn't pick up and googled as the phone rang - realized it was a scam, Love this website (Edmonton Alberta)

I received a call from this phone number 604-430-1091 @ 2:30pm today Toronto time. Thank goodness I was outside! It is great that you can look up these strange numbers to find out what they really are! I would like to know how they get our numbers???? Anyone know? Or is it just random?Thanks.

Yup called me too. Didn't get to the phone in time but I guess that was a good thing. No message left if course.

Forgot to say the number dialed Edmonton Alberta too. Maybe they are trying to reach this city because of the time zone

"Heather" keeps calling from 604-340-1091 to advise re credit card. Clearly another phone-line scam. ID for the number is blocked, but the net tells us it is a TELUS number. Kindly get these [***] to stop calling me, PLEASE. If they don't, I am certain that at my age I can please senility to cover whatever dastardly things I may do to them on the net once I'm sufficiently annoyed, since I am a computer technician!

Just got a call from this number in edmonton. Hung up after 2 rings just before I tried to answer the call.

Can't the cops do anything about tracking these [***]? I mean really, how many can there be out there, probably just a few doing the same ones over and over again.
