We are getting calls from a guy Daryl Nobes with a cell phone number 778 681 4880 who's telling us he wants to buy the ranch for $1.5Mio. Anybody same experience? He wants to come up to the resort tomorrow and stay for a month?
This guy has called me every day for the last 2 or 3 weeks saying he's coming in...he says he's up in Whistler now...I googled him after the first or second time I talked to him as really, who doesn't have a credit card these days?! What the hell is his end game?!? Is he just a lunatic?
Yes, that is the style of Daryl. I am certain he found a reason to not appear, coming up with some story.
Do not get involved with this clown. He has been doing this for years along with his spouse Mary. He will rip you off and waste your time. He has no money, and scamming people is his life ambition. He does not work, has used cancer as a nudging tool, and will never meet you.
I cannot believe this weenie boy has not been locked up yet. I am willing to wager he never arrived at the resort, let alone had plans of staying one night or a month. Cancer? The only cancer associated with Daryl is, he is a cancer on society. I cannot comprehend what thrill he receives by pretending to be someone he is not or putting people through the BS that he does.
He isn't in whistler he is in maple ridge he is still e-mailing me every day saying he is going to pay me tomorrow he told me he bought a condo on davie in Van and I went to his house in maple ridge and there he was I have caught him lieing so many times and he just changes his story or hangs up ! It started may 10 last year and he he was supose to pay me today and he phoned me and said tomorrow for sure ! He definately doesn't know reality !
Ok so I have been dealing with this guy for about two weeks and keeps saying the next day he is going to wire money for a car. I decided to google him and everything is exactly the same except for the phone number. I am located in Texas.
Hey this guy lives with a womannamed Mary who has a job in Burnaby. He lives in her mothers house with her and she has two or three brothers in Maple Ridge. Her Mother owns the house and she is in a hospital. A fellow in Vernon was sucessful in suing him for renting a limo three times.He has family in Ontario and Saskatchewan. His father was Cecil. Check out his obit and you will gain lots of info. This guy has taken advantage of local realtors and a motel in Langley he has owed several thousand dollars to for ten years.His neighbors all hate him.
I hope you stopped dealing with him the moment you found this site. He has an excuse for everything and will monopolize your time if allowed.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
