I have a court date in May if any one would like to show up .If Daryl does not show up there will be an instant warrent put out for him and he will be arrested ! And charged ! I would like to prove to court that he intentionally lies and has harmed a lot of people ! And continues too !!!
It's preety obvious that this guy has no intension on buying any thing he says there should be some way to get his phone taken away so he can't do this to any one else he does this with no intent or care what he is doing to people ! He still says he is paying me tomorrow !
I just read your last post. I see the court file was updated April 03, What is your court date as I will show up.
He will not pay. He even screwed his neighbor over a truck deal. He will continue to screw people. I heard he took a lady in anon for 80 thousand and of which forced her into bankruptcy he is a Vile [***].
I think everyone who has comment, viewed and /or been damaged by this guy should attend and support you. I will make every effort to be present.
Are court records public info / posted on the web in Canada as they are for many courts here in the States? If so, any links would be greatly appreciated, I am very intrigued to see the scams he has pulled up North. It is my understanding that he can no longer cross the border into the States because of his "history". I do not know the specific reasoning, only that he is prohibited. Thanks for any insight or input.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Automated voice requested a call back from a person not at this number.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
