Just got this call about 10 minutes ago and I live in PA. My number is unpublished as well.
I just received a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. They didn't leave a message.
Got a call from this # during class... Didnt answer and they didn't leave a voicemail, tried to call back and it said it was temporarily out of service
This number called my cell at 3:42 pm 2/1/11. I did not answer, and usually do not answer numbers I do not recognize, no message left.
