Called me at 1103 today. First thought it said 609 as the area code, so I was intrigued, as that's almost local, although then I used Poynt and realised it's a SD area code. No voicemail left.
Keep getting calls from this number as well. Went to the find a phone number web site and saw the numer is from Rapid City, SD. Called the number back and was told the number is not in service; eventhough, they had just called eight minutes ago?!? Called AT&T to find out what they can do about this problem. Folks, just because one speaks english, does not mean one UNDERSTANDS english. Short story long...unless I get an AT&T account there is nothing they can or will do. Apparently because the person who calls is spanish I have to speak to the spanish accounts department (seperate but equal?), which promptly dropped my call three times...way to go el AT&To. Now, I did not have this problem with my landline. My mobile is with Cricket that I had activated by an "official" cricket store owned by some mom & pop from Juarez who barely speak english (coincidence?) Please people, let us not make this a racial issue. This is a customer service or lack of customer service and respect issue that needs to be taken care of ASAP!
