Annoying

I get 4 to 6 calls a day from this number, usually i ignore them, yesterday I decided to answer the call. I was informed that it was time to upgrade my virus software, when I told him I had several could he be more specific. He told me he couldn't answer he had to transfer me to the tech. to go turn my computer on. I told him I was on my way, then I hung up. He called right back so I answered but did not say anything I tried calling to ask them to remove my number, they kept telling me I was putting in the wrong code. Oh Wow he just called. I told him I was glad to hear from him, I was just reporting the number to donotcall.gov he immediately hung up. lets see if this works.

Said that he is from loan application department. He sound like Indian, from India.

I received 3 calls yesterday from 609-225-5799, one immediately after the other. I considered answering, but thought, I don't know anybody who lives in Atlantic City. So glad I didn't answer.

unwanted, unsolicited calls

Obviously a scam call based on all the comments here. Called my land line and I could hear someone for about 2 seconds, then silence. Never came on the line for me to mess with. Whenever they say they are with the Windows Technical Support Department I say, great, I work for Window too, where are you located? What's your Employee #, What's your extension? After they say your computer has been sending us messages I always ask, what kind of messages? Then I say - how can that be, I don't even have a computer.

I get a lot of scam calls on my cell, I never answer. This one has been calling daily, time for me to add them as a contact, "Spam 9." I have a TracPhone, so I do not know how or if I can block them.

Called me, answered, they didn't say anything after about 7-8 seconds I said goodbye, and hung up, placing 'em on block list.

This number has called my office line multiple times recently but never left a vm. 13 pages of call notes is the most I've ever seen on 800notes so they're obviously an active bunch.
