I answered phone called 2 times in a row. No one would answer me.

That 800 number is HP's customer service hotline, but the call you got did NOT come from them.

Illegal spoofing/spam.

Robo call recording telling me that I have great credit and have been selected to receive a credit card good at stores, etc., etc. I pressed 1 for the live person and the first thing she wanted was my name, address and phone number. I gave her made up info and she finally hung up. I immediately reported the number to the federal DNC (do not call) registry. Believe it or not, doing that has greatly reduced the number of these scam callers.

I don't want to use my name, but I had a call and did not answer as I was away but checked calls that might have come in while I was away for an hour and this was one so I called back, not knowing who had called. But no answer. I decided to check the web for information and found all this.I am not sure how to block a number but I will try. I appreciate all the information

The person called asked to speak to Jane Doe, and I said I was Jane Doe. I asked who he was, and he said he was calling from Verizon, about my medicare plan. He spoke in broken English, and I said Verizon, then why did you call me last week about fixing my computer on this same number? Silence...then I said I'm calling this number back, because I think you are a spammer.

Received a call from 609-225-5799. Knew better than to answer but did anyway since I wasn't doing anything. Prepared for a scam, but they hung up when I said hello. Hate that. I was planning on having a little fun.

"James" which I am sure that is not his name. Heavy foreign accent claims to be with Insurance Solutions. Wants to play 20 questions about what we have for health insurance. I tell him no less than 5 times that we have none as we cannot afford it. ACA is NOT affordable either when they want half your paycheck to cover the policy and then super high deductibles.

Don't know who called.......don't care. Number blocked.

Daily unwanted calls and they never say anything.
