I found a couple of deductions for a FriendFinder site (probably not a porn site, but then maybe so). I called the 610-757-1929 number and asked to be removed. The guy on the other end asked for my CC# WHICH I WILLINGLY GAVE SINCE THEY ALREADY HAVE IT. You dummies who won't, are just shooting yourselves in the foot. Fifteen seconds later he says that there will be no further charges and there haven't been for two months.The billing company sounds very eager to comply with consumer requests.

Over year ago after i cancelled friendfinder subscription and saw charges still coming in on my account. Phoned friendfinder and told them take me off completely, everything. Noticed last month charges coming through even though in the mean time I had a new card. Seems old and new cards are linked. Phone the bank and get them to cancel the transactions. Friendfinder is complete scam
Yes, this is a scam. My son, who is young and dumb, had a charge of $19.99 on his debit card. He does not bother to review his monthly statements, so luckily I happened to catch this one. He called their number today to dispute it, and come to find out, there were 3 other previous charges. They said they would refund all the monies. I hope he learned a valuable lesson!
Noticed $1 charge last week. Cancelled card Monday. Friendfinder charge appeared yesterday, Wednesday. Fraud316 has it right, these are likely fraudulent charges. Notify bank and local authorities. The company they pretended to be last week stated publicly that they had accessed over 800 credit cards in one night. These people need to be stopped. BTW, I saved myself a lot of grief by noticing the fraud of a $1.00 transaction, why do you people wait months?

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
