I lost my Bank card and reported it as lost or stolen. The bank issued another card and deactivated the lost/stolen one. A few weeks later the same charge appeared on my account. After a brainless call to the 610 number provided, i called my bank. If your VISA card is lost/stolen MAKE SURE to ask that the auto update feature is deactivated as well. Even though I called my bank and reported a lost/stolen card they didn't deactivate the VISA auto update. So the website was able to update to me new card number becuase of VISA. Bottom line, if you lose a card cancel auto update feature.

This is not the case. They (Friendfinder.com) say you have to log in to the Friendfinder site and then activate "cancel re-curring billing" As I closed my account in October 2009, and Friendfinder acknowledge this, I cannot enter the website to do this. Catch 22Dave

Hi I just checked my bank statement online to find a $26.99 pre-authurization debit at Friendfinder on 8/28/10. Phone number listed as 610-757-1929 CA, Just read all the stuff y'all going thru. This is BS! I never called this number or charged/bought anything from them so why in the hell is my bank charging this to me???????Point me to the right direction someone so I can SUE them for stealing my hard earned money!!!

what is charges for FRIENDFINDER6107571 ??? is charged in my card statement.

So get this I was charged the 26.99 fee from these people and AMAZINGLY when i called them and demanded that this charge be credited back to my account "Ashley U." which was a dude assured me that this was a billing mistake and it was already being credited back to my account prior to my call. How convenient "right" I think they will easily remove the charge from whom ever contacts them but as you all know not everyone pays a lot of attention to smaller charges like this on there account or statement. And I'm sure these people are "banking" on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LITERALLY~

hola pues a my me paso lo mismo me estaban cobrando desde hace dos mese una cantidad de 24,84 e y no savia de lo que es. me metía en la cuenta y salia como pago con tarjeta estaba con la tarjeta de mi marido. asta a my marido le eche la bronca que sy se a metido en alguna pagina web de conocer jente porque yo me metía en la pagina FRIENDFINDER y me aparecía como pagina de chicas porno y así mas cosas . pero ahora me entero leyendo lo que tan bien le sucedió a ustedes y estoy mas tranquila así que lo único tengo que bloquear la tarjeta porque por lo visto no se puede hacer otra cosa para recuperar el dinero.pobre my chico broncas que le echado por estas cosas pues gracias a ustedes ahora ya lo se de que va esta jente .

transaction made on 13 oct 2010 for 87.86 on a card i have never activated, so how did they get the money? theft i think, i want my money back and this company reminded that i cancelled some months before.
