I get calls from this number quit often. Today I said hello and they hung up. Usually it's a recording.

I have had the phone slammed down loud in my ear when I tell them I am on the do not call ist. I have also turned these scammers into Federal do not call website, but they say: "Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action.". great help.

Got a call from these scum saying that this was my "last notice to lower your credit card interest rate." I wanted to find out who this was, so I pressed 1 to talk to a person. The only thing I said to the person was "Who is calling, please?" He immediately hung up. My phone number is on both the federal and state "do not call" lists, but these scum know that those lists have absolutely **NO** enforcement. I don't even bother filing complaints about telemarketers anymore. Nothing ever happens.

Receiving these scam calls on my cell phone..to lower your cc interest rate press 1...I did, got some guy on the other end asking me if I was calling to lower my interest rate. When I said I just wanted them to stop calling my cell phone he hung up..when I hit the redial it came up as a non-working number..how can it be a non-working number when less than a minute ago they called from it? How can these people be stopped and wasting my minutes???

I answered the phone because I am expecting a business call, a recording came across telling me I can lower my credit card interest rate to 6%. .......SCAM.....I've rec'd numerous calls over the last 6 months that all start off with the same line. Just a pure annoyance! I did read where the FCC is starting to go after these folks. But I'm sure that will take a very long time, considering today's technology.

This number called my cell phone, I did not answer as I didn't know the number

Received a call today about lower the interest rate on my card. I am on the Do Not Call List but doesn't seem to matter. I get calls several times a week from different numbers. If you press one and ask to be removed from their list they hang up.
