Another illegal call - the more things change the more they stay the same;but maybe Financial Consumer Protection Bureau will deal with these alleged criminals next?

adding your number to the DO NOT CALL LIST did help some,but I only have one CC and the customer service is in Ca. and India and the last time I called them to ask for a credit increase I'm pretty sure that's where they got my number from..so good luck pain in the A**** to deal with I know,but its easy to just hang up.. the number was 612-222-7091 a recorded message female voice saying lower your credit card rate press 1..then it goes silent..ba hahahahahaha

I have asked these people a dozen times to stop calling me - I have no debt! They always hang up on me.

I get daily calls from either 612-222-7091, 785-207-6317 or 303-249-9700 all with the same message.Interesting that you call back and the phone "is not operational". How they get away with this is beyond me.....303-249-9700 actually goes through but his mailbox is full.At first I felt bad but now I automatically hit 1 and when someone answers I pull the pin onone of those rape alarms with the high pitched noise. Maybe they will get the message.......

I get the same calls, some from diferent states, but the 612-222-7091, I answer, say hello, no aswer,the call ends, I call back literally 2 seconds later, I get this as a recording "we're sorry the number you're trying to dial is not a working number".......WTF!!!!!!

We get these calls all the time. Now this place is using cell phone #'s, that's what it says on our caller ID, and they are from other States. They are very rude people and if you even try to talk to them and ask them to remove them from their list, they hang up. I get several calls from an automotive voice from Rachael or Ann. This probably has gone on for at least 2 years now. This month I counted 17 calls from them most of them are different #'s but with the same recording from good ole Rachael or Ann. I think it's time to stop these people, but they are sly. I am on the Do not call list. But since they are using cell numbers now they don't get disconnected when they call. I reported the number to to the do not call registery.

I have been reporting numbers from this place for over a year to the do not call registry. Doesn't do any good if they keep calling with new numbers. There must be some sort of investigation going on to find out what the deal is. I'd sure like to know about it. I don't answer calls with numbers I don't recognize and continue to create new contacts -not that they ever use the same number..

Received call from 612-222-7091 Credit card services. Spoke to Tasha, asked her to remove my number and why do they continue to call when it is all over the internet that they are a scam. No reply except for a disconnecting click of course. Thanks everyone for reporting.
