This number called my cellphone this afternoon. Since I get telemarketer/scam calls every few days, I usually don't answer numbers that I don't recognize.No message was left by this number, but judging the responses, it's yet another scam/telemarketer.

got a call from this number and they didn't leave a message tried calling back but nothing , i own no credit cards so pretty annoyed

There is also a free app for Android to reject calls. Works great! You can reject text messages or calls. Fairly customizable. It's called Easy Filter and it's free. That is what I use for annoying calls or texts

I let the man who answered talk. He asked if I had a debt of more than $5000. Who would answer that question from a total stranger? I was irate because I never give this # out to anyone! He hung up on me half-way to telling him to take me # off his list. I called the # again and got a quick recording of Mike somebody then I called later it was Mike Anderson leaving a different message and an operator saying his voicemail box was full. If I get any more calls I will definitely so something about it.

It's too bad though that on Verizon you can only block 5 numbers for free. Any numbers beyond that you have to pay to block and I have gotten these calls from over 20 numbers. I filed a report with the attorney general in my state and they said that the calls are from spoofing numbers and to filed a report with the FCC but they haven't done anything.

I called it back as i was in a meeting when the call came in and the recording said it was not a working number

They never said anything when I answered the phone. But it sounds like these are these douchy scammers. You guys need to immediately file a complaint with the Do Not Call website. Get enough of the complaints and the FTC will shut these A-hole scammers down.

I keep getting calls from these people and I want them to STOP.

Received a call from them on my cell, didn't know who they were so I googled the number and thanks to this website found out it was a scam. Usually get a lot of these numbers on my phone, I just add them to my contact list under the name Scam and set my phone to silent. The bad thing is that each contact can only hold so many number and I have to make more contacts, think I am on Scam 4 right now. They don't call as often as they used to. Had the same problem with my home phone, so many numbers would call now I just ignore the calls and the calls have slowed down some. Wish I had a phone were you could block these numbers. No one knows who Rachel is, there are some articles written about who this Rachael person was and no one knows.
