When I pushed 1 and got the live person, I asked him why he was calling me, that I am on the do not call list and he had the guts to ask me why I answered the phone, that I should jsut have not answered at all if I did not want to take advantage of their services. I said to please take me off their lists as I am on the do not call list and he continued to be very discourteous. What an a-----e.

I get calls ALL THE TIME from these people and they use different numbers.. i have asked politely to be removed from the list and they hang up. This last time they called... I told them "Stop calling this number or I will take legal action" and i called the guy an a-hole. He then said F-U and I said "excuse me?" he then proceeded to talk dirty and say all these things he wanted to do to me... very OFFENSIVE!! I hujng up, but still get calls... it is a group of people, because it has been a girl on the line sometimes too... i'm starting to track all the numbers and then will report them all. UGH... wish they would stop!

I got the same exact calls that everyone else has had, they keep asking about lowering my interest rate and I dont have accounts open, this is definitely a scam, and I keep getting hung up on also. I'm very upset about this and I want to get to the bottom of this, I have no idea how they got my#. Please help with any information that you have found, I will be doing my reasearch.

I registered a complaint at the donotcall.gov site. But since all these people have been doing that for 6 months or more, it does not seem that the government is actually doing anything. You would think that the phone number can be turned off so they have to keep switching to another phone number and at least have to pay new business-rate fees to the phone company. Or does the gov't not really have any enforcement teeth in the donotcall law?

Same thing for me. Called and left no message. I did not return the call. My rule of thumb is if any number that comes up I don't know, I don't answer.

I received a call today from this number asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate. Why I accepted the option to select 1 to speak with someone and I inquired what this was all about, they hung up on me. This is definitely an attempt to access my personal information and this needs to be reported and action taken.

Solicitation for Credit Card to my cell phone...

I am tired of getting these calls and don't know how to get them stopped. I have told them to remove me from their list because I don't have a credit card they can lower the interest rate. My number is on the do not call list. I did not get the name of company.

Same experience as everybody else here. Filed complaint with donotcall.gov I wrote this: "Same complaint as everybody else who has complained to you about these guys. Every day you DON'T do something, more unsuspecting individuals will be taken by this scam. You are now responsible for those new victims." -I figure since we can't get the scammers to stop, let's put the regulators on the hook for the damage. Like either will actually stop us from being bothered/harassed/annoyed from this.
