I've had two calls from 613-333-3456 in the last several days--- neither of which I answered. Reading the posts here just reaffirms my approach to ignore calls that I do not recognize the number or have an inkling who the caller might be.

We've been getting a call from this number a few times and my daughter picked the phone up about the same time I did, I was silent until the thick accent lady described in the other stories began to want confirmation of our information. I then spoke up and told her I didn't need the money we were rich (that's a joke) and to give it to a charity. She was persistent in her questions and then I told her that I had looked up the # and found it to be a scam and to take me off her list and not to call back and hung up.

just received all call from this number and did not answer. thank God! It appears to be a scam.

I just got a call from this number. I spoke with 2 women. It sounded like a room full of people like a call center. They had the last 4 digits of my credit card and they said that I was going to receive a $100 gift card. I stupidly gave them my address and email. They already had my old address. Then they said they would have a representative call me because I had won a cruise. Obviously at that point, I already knew I had screwed up and told them that I wasn't buying any of it. But they hung up. What is this scam??

Just got a call from them on my work cell. Knew last 4 digits of personal debit card and address. Were sending me a 100 dollar gift card. I didn't believe them and told supervisor so. I told him it was a scam and he got angry. Told me if I didn't believe him to hang up. So I did.

I did the same thing! Completely caught off guard and now freaked out. Have you had any trouble? I just got called tonight.

they called me trying to give me a $100 visa card gift. i knew it was fake when they were asking me for my information. AND somehow they already knew my last four digits of my visa..

I got 3 calls from this number.They said that I got $100 gift card from America express card.

This # called me and asked me to confirm my address so they could send me a $100 gift card. I googled the # while I was on the phone with the guy and landed here. I started reading him what people had posted and he became angry. I told him he had my permission to mail my giftcard to himself and use it to feed starving kids in Africa.....he hung up on me.

Received a call from this number and so glad there are sites like this to verify the source before I answer or return calls.
