I've been getting this number calling me for about 2 weeks now. Never answered, but they do call me late, usually after 8, closer to 9pm. I'm sure it's about a defaulted student loan, but blah. Can't afford to pay it. Had a payment plan with my school, was paying regularly, soon as graduation came, they insisted it be paid in full NOW or no way to receive diploma, certificate, whatever it was. Explained that was not possible since I don't have that and how was I going to be able to afford it if I can't get the job I went to school for. Had a few friends with a very similar story happen to them, same school. Long story short, heck with em.

this number keeps caling my number for someone who does not reside in my home please stop calling

The very same thing just happened to me! They called saying I was used as a reference by someone I don't know! Between these calls and the ones that are pre-recorded to "reduce your interest rates", the phone is becoming a nuisance. Being on the DNC doesn't even help!

Received a call from a man named Rex. He stated that I owe money to a University. He asked for my personal information and when I told him if he was calling then he should have it, he got very angry. I told him if I owed money to someone and he was collecting then he needed to send me a bill. He said that they don't send bills and hung up on me.

A woman called on my cell phone and asked for my daughter. She claimed my daughter called her the week before from my number. I had not seen my daughter in over a year because she is in another state, over a thousand miles away. The woman demanded a work number. I asked her what was it in reference to. She said it was personal and would not give me any information. I told her my daughter's information was personal since I did not know what the call was about. The female caller hung up.Do I care? Nope. Don't waste my minutes!! What type of company is this? You should not give out any information to people you do not know, especially if they are looking for your child and won't give you any details.

I called banck and a message said NCO FINANCIAL, please hold on.

I called the number after they called me. I also got an electronic attendant saying that it was NCO Financial. I didn't wait to talk to anyone. I also didn't answer when they called here.They have been calling for a few months. Does anyone know of anyway to block the number so they can't call in?

The caller stated they needed a reference for my ex husband. My ex has not lived here since 2003.
