They are a collection agency--CCServices (I think that stands for Credit Collection Services. I have dealt with them before.
I'm getting called by these scumbags. They have the wrong number and won't remove it. Some girl with a fake name "Chelsea Garcia" keeps answering the phone so I'm sure this is just a few people in a room calling and bothering people to give up their hard earned money because they're too lazy to go get real jobs. HAHA losers!!!! I know you're reading this you pathetic wastes of sperm.
