This number called me at 9:44pm on Sunday!

i do not want this call they are nothing but scam

Collection Agency. Apparently I owe Geico $6 and it went to collections. Really Geico? All this over 6 measly dollars!

Collection Agency calling. They pull your debts and current phone numbers off credit reports. They also research your employer. I received a call at my employers for a Capital One credit card debt that was supposed to be cleared with the protective credit insurance I paid monthly for. I never received a notice it was going into collections either. Van Ru credit and collection is another one that calls from Massachusetts.

Thanks to all that post here. Unfortunately we answered the call because we thought it was a legitimate call, but the person spoke poor English and I hung up call. I then Googled the number and I read the posts here. I decided to Google "CCS Collection agency" and believe it or not the BBS accredits them - see below."CCS represents credit grantors on a nationwide basis in the recovery of their overdue payment obligations. Their business routinely handles inquiries arising from the original creditor’s billing process, and works with the consumer to help facilitate any remaining issues between themselves and the client."We don't owe anyone, so don't know why we would be called to begin with. Blocked the number.

Wouldn't leave a message or say who it was calling. Reject list they go

Called me four times today and left no messages. They called again just minutes before 9pm and I decided to answer to see what's going on. The guy was very rude I owe $32.50. I cancelled my insurance with the General over 6 months ago because I sold the car and they never even sent me anything in the mail, yet some idiot who can't even speak English is calling me trying to get my information and proof of new insurance?!?! WTF!

Called three times and did not leave a message. I read on this site that it is a debt collector. I do not have any debt for them to collect - BIG SCAM

This number continues to call when the only thing they can say is it's a private matter with my husband? Next time they were attempting to collect debt from a student loan, mind you he has no student loans, the last call was on Sunday evening n they were very rude but it was returned with me taking legal action.
