I received 3 calls within 10 minutes, but since I didn't recognize the number, I did not answer. On the 3rd call, they left a voice mail which must have been prerecorded because it cut off the first part of their message including the area code. The man with the strong accent (Jamaican or Indian) threatened me saying, "If you don't call me or I hear from your attorney, all I can do is wish you a good life and local law enforcement will be at your door." I tried calling the number that the call came in from, but it was disconnected. I wish I could call this guy and give him a taste of his own medicine. Thank you everyone for posting your comments. Obviously a SCUM, er I mean SCAM group of jerks. On second thought, yeah I do mean SCUM.

I had seven calls within three minutes, six with "unavailable" and one from this number. I strongly suspect it was the same individual calling. Out of frustration, I answered when this number showed up. He spoke slowly, gave a nume and then said he was from the US Post Office, at which point I simply hung up. There were three more call in quick succession from an "unavailable" number.

Got a call on my cell from this number. Before I told them my name I asked who was calling ...they said Grant Solutions Group. I hung up. Not long after that I got another call from 202-555-1212....duh directory assistance for Mass. Don't bother reporting the call to them...they just get rude as if it is a huge inconvenience that I let them know.

Another scammer with either an Indian or Pakistani accent trying to get into your computer to fix the "malicious software" that's in it. The only thing malicious are the calls from these jerks.

Received a call from this number 617-714-0762 from Cambridge, Massachusetts and within 10-15 minutes I called the number back and an operator came in saying the number is no longer is in service.

David Cooper says he is with IRS. I was first called from 844-288-0712. If I don't pay legal matters will be taken to the court house and not to blame him for that. He sounds like he is from India or something.

I wouldn't answer they left no message probably marketing.....

Called on a line that I have set to record automatically when answered. "This call is being recorded" is announced. Male slightly accented voice repeated the statement and then said "so what". Put the headset down and walked away. He finally hung up.

That was not Verizon calling it was IRS
