Imagine my surprise when a call came in for my sister-in-law from the Department of Legal Offense! (Yes! That Department of Legal Offense!) The very nice Indian man leaving the message said his name was Sean Andrews and that he was calling regarding "enforcement action" that was about to be taken on my sister-in-law. He insisted she call him back or he would simply have her lawyer file the necessary paperwork, as it could otherwise result in a "legal mess" with them. Boy, am I glad he called and provided all of that information! I'll be calling my sister-in-law right away to let her know she needs to rectify this issue!

Cow worshipper calling to solicit information for identity theft. This is a phish scam. do not respond unless you want your credit ruined or your bank account drained.....

This number said it was from an inmate at a state pen. .told me they needed me to get rid of the package got very violent and nasty sounding over the phone called me names and I hung up after numerous times asking who it was

this number called me about a loan upto 10k, i said could i get their name and corporate address to verify that they are a legit company. the man said did i want the money or their information. I said well I want to research your company, he then told me give him my information or [***] OFF.

this number called me 2 times back to back and I didn't answer and when I called the number back just to see who it was it said that the number I was calling was no longer in serves.

Claimed to be from Experian. Obvious spammer trying to get info. Hung up and blocked the number.

Keep getting crap calls for "David" and they are going to serve papers at my home etc. Never had anyone named David on my phone or at home.

Same thing, but the VM was static-filled. Tried calling number back, said number is disconnected. SCAM!!!

Caller with thick European type accent refusing to identify self and/or company they represent, requested to be transferred to HR. Our departments did not have general extension, and I was not permitted to make blind transfers, I asked after the nature of the call and was told "Personal Matter" then he requested to speak to HR Administrator. My directory doesn't allow transfers by job description or position. He grew frustrated, thanked me for my help (doubtful) and then announced will email the contact in hr and indicated the name of an employee who retired years ago.
