They called telling me that my taxes and wages will be garnished over a college bill that I already paid off. When I told them that I received a similar call 2 years ago and that it was fraud, the lady got agitated and hung up on me. They even had the last 4 digits of my social security number!

called three times in less than 2 minutes! Came up as "Spam" sure enough.. pretty sure it is. No reason to keep calling and calling and calling.. Finally, blocked it. Never answered the phone, and.. glad I didn't.
