This was a missed call I had received 3 times this week. I do not have an Amex card for a call.

This phone number and the service they "claim" to represent is completely a scam and fraudulent!!!! I verified my credit information with the actual American Express company via the number on the back of the card. If you receive a call asking for your account number- DO NOT provide them with ANY information!!! The representative for the "scam" company seemed to know the system and sounded very professional.....but for a professional scam. Be weary if you get this call and immediately call the number on the back of your card and inform the REAL American Express of this scam.

They've been calling daily. Only static on line.

Keep getting this call at my work. It is so annoying cuz you answer and then they just hang up. Tried to call back and nothing happened. I just want it to stop!

Calling repeatedly. I spoke with American Express this morning and my account is up to date. I want this number to stop calling me. I have no issues with American Express.

Got the call several times. Never picked up. Finally just called AMEX and reported the number. Was transferred to accounts services division. They have a record of each time I got the call. They confirmed the number was legitimate. She explained why they were calling. Totally ligit. I had been on the phone with AMEX ealier this week after having received the call but forgot to ask about it. When I called about it today AMEX told me that the system was slightly delayed but explained why they were calling. I didn't call that 623 #. Called number on back of card. The word I got from AMEX is that this numner is ligit. If you get the call, call AMEX (#on back of your card) and ask for account services division. Good luck
