I get it too. Contact your local police in person at the station. Tell them you hear breathing and the hang up. They will call and put a stop to it. Worked for me.
Just started getting calls from these lowlifes. Thanks to this site, I obtained the website address of Kantar Ops and sent them an e-mail advising them to stop the calls. Also called 1-800-937-0099 and left a message for Millard Brown. What a royal nuisance this is. I told them I won't stop calling their 800 number until they stop calling me. This will cost them money. Also filed a complaint with the FCC.
I have been working from home all week, seeing this call popup on caller ID (best invention ever). I a on DO NOT CALL list, yet they continue to call. Nice to know I'm not alone, yet not happy to hear there hasn't been much success in getting these individuals to stop calling. Good idea on filing complaint with FCC. Got a call from Kantar OPS. They didn't leave a message. I have no idea what this was about.
Kantar OPS called and continues to call even though being told I am on the Do NOT Call List. Very annoyed.
Receive calls with no messages. Calls everyday and I do not answer as I'm on the no call list.

Harassing call from a company claiming to be attempting to collect on a nonexistent unpaid debt. I verified on my credit report that no such debt exists.
I found this phone number when I searched to see if I was hacked. This number has my calls forwarded to this number and I don’t even know who they are! You are being reported!
I just called the same number after binge watching decades later. I was looking for Phil but he did not answer. Left a message, had mobsters show up about 30 minutes later to my front door. Thankfully they left, no issues. Just wise guys....

Claims to be from MnDOT wouldn't leave a voicemail when called the main line. Called the next day and claims to be a guy named Gavin wanting to update information. Phone number is from Pennsylvania CLEARLY NOT FROM MNDOT.
