Glad this website exists as it gives some clarity to this rather odd phone call. Clearly some sort of fraud. Caller said his name was Tristan from "Synergy" and demanded to speak to company president directly. He gave some nonsensical statement about our company having a loan through another company, and that that company contacted him regarding giving working capital in order to pay that previous loan. Caller ID displayed (646) 499-4472 and caller gave callback number of (718) 521-6588.
You have rudely called me several times after I have said repeatedly don't call me... Then one point told me to [***] myself... At work or home doesn't matter! One shouldn't be called like this
After 5 daily calls I was able to get their direct line... Synergy Capital (718) 761-3888, I called them and they actually confirmed that they were the ones making the calls. The dial is automatic, it might fail, thus the call and no one speaking sometime. I asked them politely to remove my number and they said it would take 24 hours... Let's see how it goes...
This person calls my office every day, multiple times a day. Always a different person on the other end, always asking for the owner. Caller never gives any direct info as to who they are. Called the number back after hanging up with them and it says the number is not in service.
Was called from 646-499-4472 and they asked for our owner by first name. When told he was unavailable, could we take a message, they hung up on us.

We keep getting these annoying phone calls from Richy Brown wanting to talk to the owner. We have asked them nicely to quite calling and to please take our number off there list. They keep doing it that much more not once a day, more like two or three times a day, and keep hanging up on us when we answer the phone. This is getting to be pretty annyoing when you are trying to work and having to listen to these obnoxious people. What can be done about this?

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
