I do not know who these people are or where they are coming from but I am getting mad. I have already tangled with Virgin over other suspicious charges. I really had enough.
Keep getting repeated messages on my Android VIRGIN phone indicating I have voice mail from 647-383-2333. I do not even have voice mail on my phone to my knowledge!
I have been with virgin mobile for over 5 years. Had the same phone for over 2. This phone number has NEVER been associated with my voicemail. And i just received a call from this number , left me a voicemail of a man speaking a foreign language.
This is the number Virgin Mobile Canada uses for voice mails. If you have a new phone or account, you have to set up your voice messaging service by holding down the "1" key until the lady robot answers and sets up your voice messaging with your spoken name and a password. It is a lot easier understanding her than trying to figure out what the Asian guy is saying when you call the help number.
I have just purchased a new phone and added it to my contract with Virgin. Just yesterday I started to get these voicemail calls, and I do not answer or call the number. Is there anything else that can be done?
