It is a setting on the smart / cell phone set up by Virgin mobile. If you check under the phones "Call forwarding" it is the number used for.., Forward when busy / unanswered / unreachable. When you first set-up with Virgin mobile, it automatically calls into these 3-features to confirm a number is available/set. Call Virgin if you decide to input a different number and ask for OK, to change.
I get this number every time I open my phone, and I get charged for it. See to it...
I've just recieve a call from this number. I've had my virgin moblie for about 2 years now so it should have anything to do with new phones. the call went straight to my voicemail.
Just got the phone so we're still trying to figure it out but the first thing that hit us was that irritating English accented woman who uses vernacular terms like it's supposed to be proper English. The North American style is much more sedate...and much less irritating. Verdict is still out as we've got two weeks to play with it but so far I give it only about a 6 out of 10. That should improve over the next few days with some practice....hopefully.
I am getting repeated calls dorm this number and have asked them whoever they are to Stop
Is this just happen to Virgin phones? I never had this problem with other service provider but keeps getting voice-mails from this number with my new Virgin phone.
I also got a call from this 1 647 383 2333 today at 1pm on my voicemail which is not turned on. Who is calling me? I deleted the number.
This used to concern my wife and I also when I purchased our new Smart Phones. If your phone indicates a voice mail, you will dial 611 to hear the message. That number is recorded as an outgoing call to 647-383-2333. When we suspected the association, I got my wife to call me on my cell and leave a voice mail message and noted the time. I then called her and did the same. Both our phones recorded the access to our voice mail as an outgoing call to that number.....mystery solved!

bit coin scam email gave this number.. ( fake paypal ) phishing and bank theft suspected.
Suspicious because name came up instead of number. Name read Fraud/Possible Fraud. Once blocked it showed number.

Received come on romantic text greeting from this number. I googled it as I do other suspect phone numbers.
I reported it as junk on apple phone.
This is a scam number, owner trying to scam me with the story of a fake check
this is a scam number. They try to pretend they are Royal Caribbean if you call the question and then they try to get your credit card number and tell you that you haven’t paid the full amount and try to collect money. Total scam.
