I called Wind last week because I had concerns regarding a plan. I was asked before I spoke to a rep if I would like to do a survey on customer service afterwards. I said yes. That must be why I got the call this week.
Yes employees do have the PIN, but if you are the owner of the account, you would too. A stranger calling to access your account would not have your PIN. This is a verification mechanism. That's the only reason you have an WIND account PIN. There is no other circumstance where you would need you WIND PIN exept to verify that it's really you online or on phone with their employees. They need to varify this for insurance purposes, and to make sure its you and not someone else on phone pretending to be you. This is your phone account PIN, not credit card PIN. What funds are they going to transfer out? Use your brain a little, I swear it won't shrink more than it already has. Yes there are scammers out there but in this case, this does happen to be a WIND number.
I had a missed call today from the 647-700-2435 and they left no message. If its Wind they are stupid to call and not leave a message. I expect it's a scam!

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
