Called twice in a row. I called back and get hold music and a Spanish speaker answers and hangs up immediately

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
