Woman called from 661.748.0240 and said she was with "Energy Alliances" and wanted to speak with someone about our energy needs. Yes, we could use more energy, so perhaps we will snack on some energy bars.Shortly after, 661-748-0241 came across Caller ID, but we just let the phone ring because we don't have the energy to answer the phone.

I just got a call from a guy claiming to be from Microsoft (caller ID said "Skye user") and told me he was calling because of errors on my PC. When I challenged him on things he had no answer...but kept pushing. He couldn't tell me which or what the error was but the error msgs in my computers windows log were actually viruses. Naturally when there was no delete option he wanted me to download Teamviewer software. This software allows your computer to be accessed remotely!

Shows as SKYPE CALLER before 8AM ET. Not answering it just because of that!

My grandmother received a phone call from number 209-676-8620 from a man named "Christ Wilson" from New Zealand, with a middle eastern accent, the phone call went as follows, the man asked if her computer was on because he needed to send a form to process the refund. Proceeded to ask that my grandmother turn her computer on only it wouldn't boot. He took all info over the phone; name, address, phone number (weird, because he called her) then requested her full Visa number to process the refund. She did not feel comfortable and said I can not give you that. He then replied "we'll, then your computer will never turn on again". The call ended and she called me to discuss. I was very worried and decided to call this man myself. I made a polite phone call inquiring what company he worked for and he said something undefinable and I said oh sorry i must have the wrong number. I then searched the number on google and found several disturbing complaints and several alias names that were used. I decided to have a friend call from a different number and ask for an "Adam Sanders" (totally random). This time the man answered "hello this is Christ Wilson". My friend asked "may I speak with Adam Sander" the man goes "yes this is him" he asked again if this was Adam Sanders and the man confirmed yes. My friend said "[***]" and we hung up. Then the phone rang back from a different number, 661-748-0241, I answered my friends phone politely and the man said "did you just call me?" I said "yes and I'm on to your scam weirdo" he immediately and irately responded "go [***] yourself, go [***] yourself, go [***] yourself". I said "faaaaaaahk you... have a nice evening".

AVOID THIS NUMBER, AS IT IS A GOOGLE ABUSER...THE NUMBER IS = 661-748-0241THEY ASK YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR NUMBER, THEN HIT YOU WITH MANY MORE CALLS TO SELL YOU GOOGLE LISTINGS AT THE TOP... THE NUMBER ABOVE IS A BIG FRONT FOR INTERNET PHONE CALL FRAUD ON BEHALF OF GOOGLE, BUT THEY ARE NOT THE GOOGLE PEOPLE... THEY ARE OVERSEAS SCAMMERS FROM CHINA OKAY !!!

Got a call from this number, i leave my OGVM blank, so that automated systems, (and telemarketing) people dont know they have reached someone. So while the person thinks they are still waiting to connect i end up recording them until they give up. The voice at the end of the phone was a young girl, and after about 5 seconds of no sound, she says to someone at her end, "are you still kissing her". then after a few more seconds she hangs up. Have no clue who it was. Voice was young female, american.

Got a call from this number, answered and they immediately hung up. Has been added to my block list.

Multiple calls TO MY CELL PHONE. I do not have unlimited calling--these calls cost me money!PLEASE STOP!

This number called at 12:21 P.M....I picked up but no one on the other line. Thankfully, this happens sometimes when people try to call me on my MagikJack line. It looked like a call from someone I knew, that's why I attempted to answer. I tried to call back but it didn't go through. Then, I read these posts and I am glad it didn't go through!! Thank goodness for posts and comments to warn you!!!
