Two calls from this number to my cell phone a few minutes ago, both hung up. Called the number back and said that it couldn't connect since it was a Skype user.If they call again and actually pick up, I'll scare the hell out of them.

So she's supposed to let the [***] keep calling her elderly parents? She got rid of them - she cannot control what they do whey they're not harrassing HER parents.

09-23-2013 @ 1:32 PM, 661-748-0241, UNKNOWN NAME = When phone rang, I noticed it was an out of state area code, so let answering machine take the call. They didn't leave a message. Search of internet shows call came out of Bakersfield, California, area. Nothing but a scammer. I'd still like to stick a double barrel shotgun up their butt and pull both triggers. We are on DNC listing(s), but they are totally useless. They never pay any attention to them. Scammer all the way.

Just received a call from 661-748-0241, never heard of them. Caller ID said Skype User.

Called 4 times, silence. The FBI and FCC should investigate this, seems to be a chronic problem with this number / individual leading to fraud and identity theft.

Skype. But I'll need to block the call from Skype. Today its an robo call about under performing system. Effing scammers.

Just got two such calls on my home number: the first came up on the Caller ID as "Skype User" with a number of 661-748-0240, which I didn't answer, and they left no message. Exactly a minute later I got a second call which came up as "International Call" and a number of 661-748-0241. Again, I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message. I do have friends who I use Skype with, but they wouldn't call me and not leave a message, so I'm inclined to think it's one of the yuks mentioned in the previous posts. Thank the stars for websites like this one.

SKYPE USER is what it said, but I saw the list of complaints and didn't answer. I've gotten a lot of "Microsoft Windows Support Center" calls from India recently from different numbers. Sounds similar.

Unwanted call

Got a call from 661-748-0241 at about 4:15 pm (EST) on my cell -- I answered to call but said nothing. Only silence - for about 15 seconds -- I clicked a few keys on the desktop keyboard to make non-human sound -- nothing -- I ended the call.
