I own a Skype account, and just tested dialing out on it. The caller ID on the other end was 661-748-0242, and not my skype number. I can only assume this number appears on the outbound connection for ANY Skype user, which may be a telemarketer, or a legitimate Skype user trying to call you. Weird.
I actually answered when the call came in and said 'hello' three times, no one answered, so I hung up.
I received a hang-up call from this number and when I tried to call back, the message said "no routes found" twice, and then the line drops.
