If anyone is being harrased by "Collection Agencies" if you think it is scam Please go to www.Budhibbs Helps America hold debt collectors to the law. This man is our friend I have been using his services 4 over 3 yrs. now and he has wonderful advise and you can click on "Worst Agencies" and find FCSI or any other names they go by and also all the different phone numbers they will call you from. also how they pick up on old bills that have been paid or written off and use them against you. Bud, has a segment that shows how to write letters to get them off your back. Bud, has answered my calls personally and got a few scam artists to leave me alone.Try it you will be very happy you did.

Budhibbs.com has a outline of a letter to write to these as he calls them bottom feeders, scam artisits. You should send a letter Registered and recpt. return request. and they know you mean business and "NEVER" send they any info such as S/S no. or checking acct. numbers always send money orders from somewhere other then your bank if this is a legitimate bill. But try Bud Hibbs you will be so happy you did.

These scamers never leave a message and now they have started after God knows how many calls, only say "I MUST CALL TODAY TO SETTLE THIS VERY IMPORTANT BILL" They are full of crap as I have no bills outstanding not credit cards not even one.

this number keeps showing up on my work cell phone. i answered it once, to hear nothing on the other end.

Called for marketing and kepp calling every day

Same type calls from this number as previously reported. Don't leave name of company just bogus threats. Call almost every day. I have no credit issues anywhere and I don't answer the call.

These people continue to call my cell phone. Most of the time, they don't leave a message, but when they do it's always some very loud lady that says: "This is Kay and I need for you to return my call today!" Whatever!!! I have no idea who this is and she doesn't leave a name for the person she is looking for. How do they get our cell phone numbers??? I have to pay for my daytime minutes and I'm not wasting them on a collection agency or telemarketing scheme. Not to mention that I work for a living and I can't be on my cell phone all day with these people!!!

Called automated message said no info as to what they wanted onneeded.

I just got a call from this number. It was a recording that told me to call 1-866-828-3072 before 9:00 PM. They must have got my phone number through the previous owner of it since I have no accounts that are in bad standing. After dialing the 1-866 number, a grungy-voiced man answered and immediately asked if I was Richard ****** (not my name). After me explaining that they must have gotten the number from the previous owner because I just got this phone, without any fuss he explained that he would remove the number from their database and assured me that I wouldn't get any more calls from them. He then apologized for the inconvenience and hung up. Did not even ask for my name.If you are having problems with this agency calling you continuously, try the method above. Even if it only provides some temporary relief.
