Received calls everyday and I never answered even though it's the only no. that's calling my phone. Could they also please text me??? Why could this company just send bills to whoever owed them money instead of wasting their time annoying innocent people??? How could they justify asking you some amount of money without evidence of your indebtedness??? Are they christians??? Where is God in their lives???!!! The world is about to end in a couple more years. When are you gonna change???

LMBO at their website - first thing you see is "Ethics - Integrity - Service" OMG... that's classic! Yep. Its MEDICAL collections. My account from my surgeon was turned over to this agency(ies) in ERROR and now I'm having to sort everything out. BRAIN TUMOR is what I had mind you and my surgeon was the one who insisted that I avoid stress... Isn't that nice. No one can provide a statement of anything and it's really criminal that this is going on at the finer specialists in the medical field nevermind at all. Makes you wonder what else they're screwing up. Every time I've had someone respond or address my inquiry, they've had a new balance for me that matches nothing in my books and NO STATEMENT that shows how they arrived to it after at lease !) REQUESTS from both my surgeons office and collections… they do a horrible job btw seeing how I wasn’t even aware I was in collections. They’ve only call once. This has been going on since April. I'm lucky to be functional at all. Not all of their patients are... makes you wonder. I'm not stressing though, I believe in karma and I work in media. :)

OH and the call from "Tony" took the cake! What a joke. It's a professional business matter. I'm a very busy person that's still recovering. If you want me to take you and your company seriously, than act in a manner that doesn't lead me to assume you're drunk dialing.

I was on the phone with a friend of mine a little while ago - my call waiting beeped but I ignored it as I was too involved in talking with her at the time - our conversation was more important to me. When we ended our call, I checked to see and discovered that my iPhone was showing that AT&T's "Visual Voicemail" service is down - not sure why. I had to dial into my voicemail to find out who the message was from. It was this filppin' Patient Accounts Bureau outfit a/k/a Hollis Cobb & Associates. I had blocked this number so that their call wouldn't even ring on my iPhone but would go straight to voice mail and so apparently when AT&T's "Visual Voicemail" is down, the block that I put have on some numbers doesn't work.Thanks for sharing the information on PAB/Hollis Cobb as I intend to send them a certified letter ordering them to "cease and desist" calling me - period! I will tell them that they are forbidden to call any number that they may in their possession that is supposedly connected to me. I have no idea what they want other than to harass me and I'm not going to get on the phone with them to give them the opportunity!

Similar case. Sadly, it appears that my Dr's admin staff is just unaccountable in that they're the reason for this mess to begin with. And have even issued bold faced lies. One hand doesn't now what the other is doing. Only concerned with saving face. I believe it to be a staff issue. I had an agreed payment plan and they turned it over anyway. They WILL be held accountable. I had a brain tumor the size of a freaking grapefruit and now I have to deal with these buck-passing idiots that can't even provide a statement for me to compare with my records to straighten out their f-up. Unfortunately, this is the norm in the medical field.

this agency is the worse. i have never seen such rude people! unfortunately they are mostly black people. wow can we as a people show out negatively!!!!
