Well mr.bill collector it's not a stall tactic it's a legal right and described by the FDCA as something you have to provide upon request of the debtor, there may lie your company's issues with collecting legitimate claims .Calling 7-9 times a day is against the FDCA some phone company's (if asked) can provide you with those records which would give you legal recourse against these debt collectors especially if your not the recipient of the claim .When you have the pleasure to talk to one of these bottom feeders start your conversation with "I'm informing you that I am recording this phone call for legal purposes and possible legal recourse you don't have to agree but merely be informed" most will immediately hang up, but before they do fit in the fact that your phone company is sending you detailed phones records upon your request, you'd be amazed once they are confronted with someone hunting legal resolve how many choose to sell the debt to the next bottom feeder .

They are doing the same thing, only changing their ID to "HC," quick lookup of the number said they are the same old folks. To Wise - don't make assumptions - makes an a** outta you. They are calling for someone I do not even know and, they don't give up. Very rude. And, lots of BBB complaints against them, hence an F rating

Keeps calling and never leaves a message. Called back from a different phone and asked them for their personal info. Won't give it. I may call a few more times today and ask the same thing.

They called my home and are looking for someone who doesn't even live here. They called again, now when I called back tp tell them to knock it off... I get a recording that says the number is no longer in service, they just called me 6 hours ago. WHATS UP WITH THAT.

This company called my mothers house and were rude to the nurse that takes of her. I called them and they were rude. They wanted me just to send them my power of attorney for my mother. They would not say anything about why but were Rude. They said they were going to send a letter to my mother and hung up. I cannot wait for the letter.

Thought this was a forum for comments regarding the phone number. Very rude people on this forum!
