Calling my home extremely early and late at night.

The whole thing is Its not like anyone of us said I am having elective operations like a boob job and said hell i aint paying.The fact is most had unforeseen accidents and dont have the money. So as for the issue its liek squezzing for something not there. I pay then what i can when i can till the debt is gone but i am about done answering the damn calls. Family and kids come first and times are extremely tight right now. So Idont know what to deal but pay what i can when i can and other than that let it bother them not me. :)

'm getting letters saying we're not paying them. Yet, My account shows they took out money. On top of that, the agreed amount was $125 a month. The took out $125 last month and $130 this month. Who does that?

i got a call from these people... i dont owe money... and pay my bills... so you nasty people dont respond as rudely as you have done above. who do these people collect for? Ms. whatever she said does not answer the phone... and couldnt understand the 866 number she left... looked up company on the internet to get alternate number but they dont answer.... but anyway... i suggest you all think this thru. maybe someone else opened an account in your name.... credit fraud is rampant lately.... i did get my 3 credit bureau reports lately, and mines clean.... so i guess i have to keep calling these yahoos to find out what this is about

They have to send in writing a bill as proof of what you owe before collecting anything. Either research the law or shut up. You are from Hollis and cobb I can tell. you're not fooling anyone

I can't believe what I'm reading here...I had a message left on my machine from these people that was spoken in the most unintelligible ebonics I've ever witnessed, so I deleted it. (Didn't know then who it was) After I received their bill in the mail, I called to try to pay it...no answer, so I left a message (which apparently they are unaware people who actually want to pay them do). MS. CLINTON called my home at 8:30 am on Saturday morning waking up my entire household. I was blown away at the unprofessionalism that this (obviously) angry black woman unleashed on me....hell, I'd be angry if I had that crappy job too, but show a little class. I will be reporting her and the company she works for to the Better Business Bureau, the hospital who uses them, the buildng they rent from, etc. Managers name is Robin Walters.

Thanks!! Will be sending that complaint out on Monday. Don't send these twits money. Send it to the company who you owed it to in the first place. The more success they have in collecting, they will continue to use them. Do you really want thugs like this to have access to your credit cards or checking accounts???

Yes....file harrassment, because that's what it is. Tell them you will be recording the call, do so, and file harrassment.
