This number keeps calling me, but doesn't say anything or leave a message. I'm signed up on the so not call registry, but apparently that doesn't work or whomever these people are just don't care!?!

I called the number back and the telemarketer told me the name of the company is Insurance Care Center. The heavily accented guy said they were in Jacksonville, Florida. When I asked for their address, he said he couldn't provide it to protect their employees' safety! He knew my name and the year and make of the car I drive. When I looked up their phone number, it came up as spoofed. This is absolutely a scam. They want more information from me, and yet won't give me any information about them. Would a legitimate insurance company act this way???

If they're calling your home phone, you can answer and ask them to hold on (the one thing telemarketers don't get paid for is to waste their time), and walk away from the phone. They will eventually hang up on you. If they call back, do it again. It won't take long for them to get the message that you won't talk to them.Or (like my wife does) just answer and hang up immediately. If you're really tired of listening to them, keep a whistle near your phone, and blow loudly. ;-DIf they're calling your cell phone, you can block the number forever (even though it's a phony number, the same one always shows up on caller ID, so it's easy to stop). Ask you phone carrier to help you if you don't know how to do this.

They call my cell phone at least 3 times daily for the past 3 days, but they never leave a message and if I answer, no one is on the other end.Others on the internet suggest they are a telemarketer and may be selling insurance.

I received 3 missed calls from 701-491-7831, they do not leave a message, so it must not be important, just added them to my reject list on my Cell phone, like I say if the calls important they will leave a MESSAGE.

Same as you they call3-4 times daily can any one figure out how to stop them?

Can they come to your dishwasher? 800 notes does not perform magic. We don't block calls - you do. Please call your service prover for help, turn the phone off, or buy a call blocker.

This number kept calling a few times everyday for a week or so and never left a message. Caller id just showed it was a call from Fargo, ND. I finally blocked the number.
