Yea, i got the call supposedly from WaMu (Washington Mutual Bank) which is impossible 'cuz they closed the company a few years ago. It's obviously a scammer posing him/her/itself off and various companies. Be sure to hang up immeadiately for they try to send worms to your phone and steal info. which could lead to identity theft!~SeattleGirl =]

Lastly, the HUMAN will verify that they have the right person. They will ask security questions such as date of birth, last four of your social, and anything else you may have set up.WHEN IN DOUBT HANG UP AND CALL YOUR BANK DIRECTLY!!!!!!
