This phone number (707-330-0318)appears on my caller ID. No one answers. I found out the caller is "Call Pro" but I'm not sure who they are affiliated with.
get a privacy manager device to put on your phone -- that along with registering with ALL do not call lists (federal, state and comcast) should make the calls stop. I also agree with the user who says to call directly with the number above and speak with a human, they WILL take you off the list. TLK abides by all FCC regulations and is a legit company, which seems like it might be a disappointment to some of you. Most of the dropped calls are not the fault of the representatives. But we don't want to call people who don't want to be contacted so by all means pick up your phone and (politely) ask to be put on the INTERNAL comcast do not call list. Also, if you've had an account with comcast, the FCC allows them to call up to 18 months after cancellation. I think you guys need to take these issues up with comcast rather than complaining about a small company they've hired to do some of their work, we only do and say what comcast and the FCC allows.
I have been receiving these calls almost daily now for a month. We do not have service with Comcast so I do not know how they would have received my cell phone number. Each attempt to contact I get a busy signal. They hang up when I pick up. I have registered a complaint with Donotcall.gov. I'll see if it works.
oh, and your privacy is safe, to the user worried about their SSN. all information is kept confidential between TLK and comcast; every call is recorded so if there ever is an issue with someone's social being misused, the FCC as well as comcast and TLK have the call on record and exactly who you spoke with. don't lose sleep over this.
I only have a cell phone, and somehow they have gotten this number. Call everyday, and don't leave a message. They need to STOP!

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
