I told I'd like to do it, but when he asked for my social security number, I said no. He said it was the only way to verify me (?) I said no. It was tough to get rid of him, but I finally did, refusing to give out my SSN. Don't you think it's strange they would need that?! - which is why I came here ...

I received as unwanted call form this company. When answered they asked for a person and when I said yeas they hung up.703-330-0318

Call came and I did not answer, I looked at the caller ID and it said TLK GRP LLCPhone number shown was 703-330-0318. We are on the do not call list. We have only had this number for 5 months.

You sound like they were trying to do a phishing scam on you. I got the same call in my house, but my mother answered the call. She does not speak English so the caller eventually hanged up. It seems that your information is falling in the hands of crooks and they are calling to get all the information from your credit cards and bank accounts. Don't call him back. And besides if it was a true call from an information company asking you why you canceled the account on Mediacom, they will call you back and will ask you what can Mediacom do to give you better service.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM SOME PLACE CALLED TLK GRP LCC AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FOR MOTHS. IF I'M NOT HOME THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WHEN I AM THEY HANG UP. THE NUMBER ON MY CALLER ID IS 703- 330-0318. PHONE COMPANY STATES IT COMES UP AS BEING IN VIRGINIA. WHEN I'VE TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER IT'S ALWAYS BUSY!I BELONG TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST BUT IF YOU CAN'T REACH THEM TO TELL THEM NOT TO CALL WHAT CAN WE DO?

Call came in 703-330-0318 ,Received this call from TLK GTP LLC today for UMPTEENTH time. We have no idea who this company or person is. As shown from the variety of identifications, this is not a valid number for business AND/OR IS A TELEMARKETER. Our phone number is one that we have had only since May 2010. We get many weird calls even from Block Anonymous that we have no way of confirming. As we do not answer unknown calls the only loss or troubling factor is the loss of sleep and the stress of these calls coming in several times per day. As we are retired, this can be very frustrating. The only comfort is "not to answer at all" . The caller ID is such a wonderful invention and intervention. I suggest making good use of it.

This is ridiculous... Maybe Comcast should have been concerned about their customers maybe just a little bit before they drove them all away. I feel like a MORON for ever giving them any of my money! I will be calling the Don't Call List to report this abuse!
