We got a call and a voice message about their attempt to collect a debt. But, we checked our files and don't have any file or paperwork on PMAB and no past contact with them. Very suspicious! Their request was denied.
Do not call my house again. You need to call New Hanover Regional Urgent Care (910) 256-6222. This was filed incorrectly. They filed this under insurance when it was to be a workman's comp claim. If you call my house again, I will contact an attorney. You will be sued for tampering with my credit and harassment.
If they would leave me a message I could take care of it right then. I know you are thinking answer the phone. I do not have my phone on most of the time because my husband has altzhimers and sometimes it upsets him, I know move it so he cannot hear it ring, it comes up on the TV I know have that taken off, I did, it upset him when he happen to hear it ring then I was hiding something from him. This illness is pure hell for them and their care givers. Just leave me a message. I know I owe it and since I have great insurance it is very little. Or they could send me a bill as I have not received anything from them.
These people managed to get $75 from me by intimidation -- that which I did not owe anyone. I was tired and trying to do the right thing. They falsely used HIPPA laws as the reason for not disclosing WHAT doctor I owed to. I have special needs kids and we have a LOT of doctors. Rude, rude, rude. They will answer to their Creator.
I filed bankruptcy over a month ago and they are still calling me. No regard for the law- they need to be put out of business.
We got a call from them because the stupid Billing Clerk from Ugent Care filled our BCBS Insurance to the wrong agency. We got a Explantion of billing saying we do not owe anything. I will fax this to them and see what happens.
