Got an Unkown call. Saying please call us regarding a personal business matter. It was over 44.39 for a medical bill that I paid off months ago with my hospital provider. The customer service representative was very polite and took all info even my bank check number that it was paid by and cashed by the hospital collections.

Get calls all the time from this number and other medical collections agencies. The easiest thing I have found is to put the numbers on your blocked or rejected list (If they are calling your cell phone) The phone does not even ring when they call, goes straight to voice mail. I love technology. Tried to make payments to these people, but I had three different companies trying to collect on the same claims. I refuse to be bullied or double and triple billed. SO now they get nothing. They do not negotiate and they do not accept reasonable explanations. One bill I received was for a c section 10 years ago, which was 100% covered by my insurance and they are still trying to pursue me for the difference between the agreed to payment and what they wanted to be paid. The insurance company told me this is illegal. SO to the reject list they go!

I think everyone should give them a taste of their own and continuously call their 1-800 number and jack up their cost of doing business.

this number has called over 10 times- each time a recorded message to contact them on an important business matter. We refuse to call back because we feel it is some type of scam. My wife is really getting irritated about this.

keep getting these calls to call back about an important matter. I have not received a bill from a medical facility but keep getting these calls. I just won't answer an unlisted or private or 800 number. If they want me they can write me a letter that I can respond to better.

This company is calling for medical collection, but the bill is paid. I googled the number and got so much bad news about the company I decided to report them right away. CMC-Northeast has been billing me incorrectly for 9 months even though the bill was paid on 8/27/2009 for $891.77 by GMAC Financial. I am also getting billed in the maid by Jon Barry & Associates. I will not respond to these methods.

They did not successfully remove our number with the previous call. After receiving another call from them at 2:42pm EDT, I called in today and informed them that: Yes, this is a business number; No, the person you're trying to reach is not able to be reached at this number (he has left our facility). She said she would remove the number from the list. We will see again.

No, I am saying a human owes medical bills that are delinquent. That person no longer resides here, and those bills are not owed by our organization.As for the Business line component (summarily): A debt collector may not contact you at inconvenient times or places, such as before 8 in the morning or after 9 at night, unless you agree to it. And collectors may not contact you at work if they're told (orally or in writing) that you're not allowed to get calls there.I'll have to get back to you with a citation for the impact services to customers. It's been ages since I've read it, but if I recall it is only about special needs/medical communities.
