looks like they call EVERYONE with the name they are looking for, then when you call try and determine if they called the right person. If you dont pay your debts, its probably you. If you know you are good, call and find out if its actually you. Don't volunteer any info,let them ask you the questions. Calls will stop. They asked me if I lived at a certain address previously and gave me last 4 of a social security number to see if it was the right person.

They called my wife today, Same thing (PAF OR PAS) threatening she would be served papers for court. When I callled back they were very rude said they had all these fees that they were going to charge me for court costs, filing, etc....When I asked what this was for they said they sent me papers (which I never got) and I was being sued. They wouldn't tell me for what and said "you will be served within 48 hours" I even asked them to E-Mail me any paperwork so I could research it and was told "NO".. I'm glad I found this info on here and now know that they are a F#^%ING PIECE OF SH^T company..I will be filing a complaint

got a call from a male at Devon McCain's office with instruction to call back to this numberthe call TO me was from area code 877so THEY used toll free number but I don't have toll free number to call back on? and 714 is NOT LOCAL for me

Urgent message left same as most above. Sounds like a scam. At best it's just poor approach to collecting on old info.

I answered the phone to hear a recording urging me to call them back because they left several messages.

Caller left voice message saying it's from tas ? services and that have tried to contact several times before and to call back today. first time I get the call from this number

I have received numerous telephone calls from Premium Assest Services. They went as far as contacting my job and giving personal information to my Human Resources Dept. I was unsure of what to do and the threatening phone calls and harrassment, I authorized payment in fear of further legal actions. After wondering why I was unable to get a letter in the mail and simply an email. Today (the day before money is due to be taken out) I received yet another phone call, but this time the caller ID was another unknown number similiar to my telephone number at work. The woman reminded me of payment being withdrawn. It seemed strange and now after doing some research, I too believe this is a scam and are violating laws.

Got a call from that number today. Left a message saying they were PAS and had called several times and must speak with me immediately. They have never called before because then they would be listed under B.S. Caller for the I.D. I do not intend to call them back. Thanks for posting the info on here about this company because now I know not to answer.

Of course, they're actually debt collectors. And ALSO, they're actually sleazebags who will lie and cheat and harass and intimidate to get you scared enough to give them some money--even if you don't owe it.

I came home from work and had two message stating we were send papers in the mail and they have a claim number against my son then they added my husband. We have never recieved any mail and no one knows of any claim. They stated we had to call back today or else.......Supposidily the mans name is Don Terry and his direct line is 714 415 3925. I think they need to stop harrassing people and get a life.
