My girlfriend is dealing with the same issue. told her not to give any personal info. They are being rude, threatening her and demanding payment today. Told her to contact the credit card company and find out who they sold it to. shje is in the process of calling the third company that purchased it.....

Caller left a message on my cell stating that it was ?? (couldn't understand). Said they had left several messages (which they hadn't) and that it was important I call back today. Have no idea who this is and don't plan to call back.
I just got the same message on my phone.. Said 'this is PAS (?) we have left several messages .......never heard of them before and there no other messages. The number they called from was 714-415-3920
got a message a few days ago, same thing PAS, and they urgently need my attention. then today, claiming to be Premiere asset services. sounds like a collections agency, but I don't have any outstanding debt, so I'm not sure if i should call back or not.
They are a scummy debt collection agency that presents themselves (not directly) as Attorneys that need to serve you papers. I recorded a call in which the violated several Fair Debt Collections Act rules. I told them I was recording the call and they refused to give me an address, the guys last name changed twice and then they hung up on me. I wasn't rude or cursing-- I was simply asking for an address. When i call back now, they automatically disconnect me.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
