received a call from an irate man claiming to be from ...PAS, claimed they had tried calling repeatedly and that it was necessary for me to call them back immediately @ 714-415-3920. Googled it & sure enough...a scam/telemarketer scheme.

This is not PAS, the wells fargo business. This is a scam they called and asked for my husband and when i asked what it was reg. they hung up when I call back it rang and rang then I got some guys voice mail. If they will not tell you what its reg then I wouldnt worry about it. As always tell them to send you documentation of the debt and remind them of the fair credit act.

I recend my last statement.... This is acctually a collection agency. The gentelman I finally spoke with set me up with a settlement offer on my debt and delt with my bad attitude with style and class! Please talk with them they are an acctual collection agency not a scam.

They have called 2 X using this number and 714 415-3934 giving the name of Don Cherry. He said I needed to contact him immediately regarding my involvement in reference number 1381735. I don't have credit cards or any loans and haven't used credit in many many years. I save and pay as I go so I can't understand what he wants but I am not calling back and paying for the long distance call.

They called my dads house asking for me and said they were "investigating". Is this really a debt collector??

I just got a message from an irate man telling me that he has called several times and that I NEED TO CALL BACK TODAY!! I belive her said he was calling from PAS at the start of the message. Never left who he was calling for or why. I think it's a scam seeing that all kinds of people are getting the same call. Not calling back and wasting my time.

These call continue even after giving them my sons last known phone number. He has not lived here in close to 13 yrs. I have no new number for him as we are not speaking. He owes me money also. I have even told them he lives in Kansas now.

I received an "urgent" message from this P.A.S. company in which a man who doesn't leave a name said in a stern voice, " This is pas services we've left several messages for you to call us back and we have yet to hear from you, we need to hear from you today, its important that we hear from you today." I checked my android phone's itemized voice mail records (dated back to Nov.) and my missed call log (dated back to Feb.) and found no record of their calls. I intend on reporting them and blocking their number, I suggest you do the same!

Received a call this morning saying they have left several messages and that it is very important I call back today. And then he repeated that I must call back today. Oh, and they did NOT say who they were calling, me, my husband, or my daughter. First of all they called my cell a couple months ago. I have no idea how they got my cell. Now they say they have called and left several messages (on my land-line I am assuming). I have no bad debt out there, and I have no idea what they are talking about. I do not intend to call them back. If someone really thinks we have bad debt they can send a letter!

This collection agency is very disturbing I got a phone call from a Dan Sheele He started naming my Facebook friends and when I asked him why he was stalking my FB page he started in on my posts about my Christianity this company has all ready called me before so why would he be on my FB page? Then he started naming off my FB friends.. asked to speak with a supervisor wouldn't transfer called back he kept intercepting the call. I recorded the call if anyone has any simular stories please post im sure im not the first he has done this too.. He may have a right to call me but he was way out of line and questioning my Christianity and stalking my friends is breaking laws..
