Their new tactic is to say a "complaint has been filed" and to call back now if you do not wish to be taken up with your employer, which is laughable as I am unemployed, handicapped and live in a non wage garnishment state.

I just received a recorded message advising me that they have been calling me and I am to call them back immediately. Since I do not have a long distance carrier on my home phone, I cannot call this number. The male voice referred to his company as "PAS" as noted above. To my knowledge, this is the first call that identified both the number and the company name.

i got a call from this number today and i called them back and they said that i took a cash advance out in 2006 and never payed it back which i have never took out a cash advance and if i didnt pay i would have to take it up with a judge and they said i live at an address ive never lived at in a state ive not lived in since 2004

i think its a fraud company cause of things they said when i call them back thats was untrue

It is a collection agency. I called them back since the original message was a lie, and it irritated me. Yet the data they had was from a family member that had decided to use my name and number as a reference.

Had a message from them and did some research. I think PAS is Premiere Asset Services, a division of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Have a Home Equity Line with them that is due on the 15th but not late until after the 25th. I always pay between the 15th and 25th, have not paid yet this month. I have no delinquent debt, past or present.

Got the same call from same #. Not calling them back. Sounds like they are just calling ev1 regardless if you owe anyone or not.

same here. They even harassed my mom, cursed her out and everything. Told me to get an attorney, for a payday loan from 2006. Claim to have paperwork, but if that's the case why they calling my parents house for me and citing my old address to me? Is this legal? I never took a payday loan before?

I don't recognize this number or area code. Caller was forceful and said they had called and left messages many times. This is not true! Told me to call back now. I did not call back nor do I intend to. I do not appreciate receiving calls like this and intend to block the number.

They left a message that it was PAS and that they've called several times and I needed to get back to them today. I called back and they were looking for a family member that we haven't been in contact with in almost a year. My husband got a call from them last week looking for his son's ex-brother-in-law.They better not call me again, because I will file charges!
