I to have been called several times by PAS and Associates (changed their name) and have been constantly harrassed along with an old room mate. Nothing more than being told its a lawsuit considering me and my home address. not what the debt is or any other information other than call or else.. I live in florida What can I do?
Have received a couple voice messages from 714-415-3920 which were very rude telling me that they are PAS Services and that they keep leaving me messages but I have not returned their calls. I did return the calls. The phone rings about 25 times before an answering machine answers which says that I have reached the office of John Kent. I have NO CLUE who PAS Services is, nor who John Kent is!!!
I just got the exact call from them 3x wanting my address claim need to serve me documents and see me in Court and I am on Medicare and secondary so I have my bills paid in full what a scam and she got aggressive with me left a rude voice mail .(714) ##
I have been receiving calls from this number for over a year, have never talked to them or attemped to call them back and don't intend to. If they think they have anything on me to collect, knock yourself out! trying. I owe nothing, have no debt. Obviously a SCAM, not going to respond to it. Doesn't seem to beofficial. See ya!
