stop calling my number, I have called the RCMP.

This number called me at 2:30 am and left me a code number on voice mail. I had no idea who this was or what the code was for.

I don't know who this is but they called my home at 5:40 AM - Sunday! I didn't answer it [I can sleep through anything] and didn't notice the missed call until today. Checked here first.

This is an automated call that provides verification for services such as Telegram.If you aren't trying to sign up for a service, it means that someone else (on accident or on purpose) entered your phone number as a verification number on their new account. Ignore them -- they should go away.

I just received a call with an automated recording saying a verification code. So I don't know if it is Microsoft or not, but you're the one who is wrong. By the way, I am an IT Certified Specialist (As if that matters)

I just was called by this number, all right and proper. To quote a responder from earlier, If you are getting an unexpected call from them, that means someone is using your phone number, either on purpose or they typed in their phone wrong, to make changes to an email account or to make a booking or some other service that this company provides, as described earlier by other respondents. If you are getting multiple calls, well, maybe someone is trying several times to use the service, but with the wrong phone number -- yours! It's an automated system, so how do you get it to stop?! Someone else used BLOCK to get it to stop.

Synchrony bank uses it to verify the phone number on your account before they will talk to you about your account. It is a form of verifying that they are talking to the person that you claim to be. Definitely not a scam.

You're correct. I had Best Buy come to my house to fix my printer and other computer-related issues. The worker used this number to verify something for me,a nd I received a phone number immediately from them. The service is legitimate, but, as usual, beware of "spoofing". If you didn't seek assistance form this company or if no computer worker did, I'd simply not answer the phone.
